Directors

David Earps B.Eng (Hons)

A Director with 30 years experience in the Food Industry both at Divisional Board Level of large plc’s and as main board member of SME’s.

He has instigated a number of business improvement programs in such organisations as Northern Foods; Express Dairies; and Unigate in all aspects of business ranging from sales development, operating efficiency to people performance.

David Jack BSc (Hons)

A qualified Executive with 25 years experience in a wide variety of sectors of the Food Industry and related industries.

Following an early career in manufacturing within the dairy industry the latter part of his career has been at Board level responsible for New Product Development, Operations and Business Development with Clifford Foods and Orchard House Foods. David has managed multi-million pound projects and also helped a number of business start-ups trade successfully with the capability to survive those difficult early years.

Yvonne Linnane

A former food technologist with Marks and Spencer for 17 years, Yvonne is also a qualified chef and has significant experience in catering management. Her knowledge of food products and training through Campden and Chorleywood’s Food Research Association programmes adds extra value for many of PiF’s clients seeking new business development channels.

Julie Burton

With several years’ hands-on experience of running her own SME, Julie heads up PiF’s telesales function and assists with general administration functions, market research and advises on merchandising strategies.
